HJF is seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Digital Platforms and Learning Technology that will take ownership of a portfolio that currently includes HPRC-online.org, Operation Supplement Safety (OPSS.org), the Rx3 (Rehab, Refit, Return to Duty) progressive web application, and additional program tools and supporting databases. This position is intended as a broad engineering capability rather than a website maintenance role. The incumbent will develop and maintain websites and applications, automate build and deployment processes, sustain the data pipelines behind program tools, support learning technology, and take on new development needs across the organization as they arise.
This position will be in support of Advanced Research for Military Optimization, Readiness, and Rehabilitation (ARMORR) at the Uniformed Services University. They will be working with the Human Performance Resources by CHAMP (HPRC) team to build, modernize, and maintain the digital platforms through which ARMORR delivers evidence-based human performance resources to Service Members, Veterans, military families, and healthcare providers.
