Project Coordinator
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
Pay from: $20/hour (based on experience, education, skills, training, and certifications)
OPPORTUNITY:

We are seeking an ambitious and energetic self-starter to join our dynamic team as a Project Coordinator. The ICEE Company Projects Department is responsible for the coordination and scheduling of all planned service projects on a national level for a wide variety of food and beverage equipment. The Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting our Lead Project Coordinators with ongoing projects.
QUALITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize complex Excel spreadsheets for data analysis, modeling, and reporting.
- Automate repetitive tasks using macros, VBA, and Power Query to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Create dashboards, pivot tables, charts, and data visualizations for decision-making and stakeholder reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver customized Excel solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all spreadsheets.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Excel issues promptly.
- Optimize existing Excel processes and workflows.
- Receives customer requirements for scheduled work.
- Coordinate projects through internal service management system.
- Synchronizes efforts with nationwide ICEE Service Centers to schedule service according to Customer requirements and technician availability.
- Communicates scheduled dates to customers and contractors.
- Tracks the shipment of equipment and parts to ensure the ICEE Service Center is prepared for upcoming scheduled work.
- Performs outbound customer contact calls to confirm readiness for scheduled work.
- Identifies and communicates any delays in service to customers, management, and Project Team members.
- Assists the Project Team with maintaining periodic status reports to keep management informed on project progress.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
COMPETENCIES:
- Strong Excel format process and crossdata matching
- Able to consistently maintain professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Able to successfully manage a high volume of work while maintaining organization skills.
- Able to exercise complex problem solving.
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Capable with all aspects of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); with an emphasis on Excel skills.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a customer focused environment (minimum two (2) years).

- The role is based at the ICEE Corporate Office located in La Vergne, TN.
