Position Summary
This role offers the opportunity to work directly with senior leadership on high-impact initiatives that shape the business. You will gain early exposure to strategic decision-making while building the skills to independently drive complex programs. The Program Manager plays a critical role in driving cross-functional initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes aligned to the organization’s priorities. This role focuses on bringing structure, clarity, and strong execution to fast-moving and often ambiguous environments, ensuring initiatives progress effectively and deliver real results.
We are intentionally seeking a high-potential individual with a strong bias for action, high ownership, and a desire to learn and grow. This individual is comfortable stepping into ambiguity, creating structure where needed, and holding themselves and others accountable for outcomes.
The Program Manager supports a portfolio of initiatives by tracking progress, managing dependencies, identifying risks, and driving follow-through across teams. Working closely with leadership and cross-functional partners, this role translates strategy into actionable plans, improves visibility into performance, and strengthens execution.
Success in this role requires the ability to independently move work forward, proactively solve problems, and continuously improve team effectiveness. The individual is expected to communicate clearly, challenge assumptions when appropriate, and operate with urgency and accountability.
Duties and Responsibilities
Program Direction & Execution Rhythm
- Define program goals, success measures, and tracking approach
- Establish planning, prioritization, and operating cadences (e.g., weekly syncs, reviews)
- Prepare materials and drive alignment for leadership decisions
- Maintain and adjust program roadmaps, priorities, and sequencing
- Ensure initiatives remain aligned with business needs and operational readiness
Program Delivery & Coordination
- Drive execution across multiple initiatives, ensuring progress stays on track
- Identify dependencies, risks, and gaps across workstreams
- Own follow-ups, remove blockers, and ensure accountability
- Maintain visibility into timelines, deliverables, and program health
- Address recurring issues to improve delivery consistency
Performance & Value Tracking
- Track KPIs, outcomes, and progress using clear, actionable reporting
- Ensure initiatives deliver measurable business value
- Support financial tracking, business case alignment, and benefit visibility
- Provide insights to support leadership decision-making
Stakeholder Alignment & Communication
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to maintain alignment
- Facilitate communication, track decisions, and ensure follow-through
- Escalate risks, conflicts, and trade-offs proactively and clearly
- Support adoption by ensuring initiatives are understood and implemented
Risk Management & Problem Solving
- Anticipate risks early and take steps to mitigate them
- Manage cross-team dependencies to prevent execution gaps
- Bring structure to ambiguous situations
- Confidently and respectfully challenge assumptions when needed
Operationalization & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure smooth transition of initiatives into steady-state operations
- Support clear ownership, processes, and sustainment plans
- Track adoption and long-term effectiveness
- Identify opportunities to improve execution, visibility, and efficiency
- Capture lessons learned to strengthen future delivery
Qualifications
- Typically, 1–4 years of experience in program management, project coordination, operations, consulting, or a related field (recent graduates with strong internships or relevant experience are encouraged to apply)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams with strong organization and follow-through
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive work and deliver results
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with ambiguity and shifting priorities
- Ability to influence outcomes through clear communication and structured problem-solving
- Exposure to cross-functional work across business and technical teams
- Basic understanding of project/program management concepts (tracking, risks, dependencies, timelines)
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate problems into actionable plans
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, including interaction with senior stakeholders
- Familiarity with using AI and digital tools to improve problem-solving and productivity
