We are seeking an energetic and dynamic General Manager - Restaurant to lead our hospitality team with passion and precision. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and kitchen management to ensure smooth daily functioning.
• Oversee staff training, development, and performance management to cultivate a motivated and skilled team.
• Manage inventory control, food safety standards, and compliance with health regulations to uphold quality and safety protocols.
• Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation.
• Monitor financial performance through profit and loss analysis, budgeting, and cost control measures to maximize profitability.
• Coordinate shift management, ensuring adequate staffing levels while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
• Foster a welcoming atmosphere by engaging with guests directly and resolving any issues promptly to enhance overall satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service management or restaurant management with a strong background in quick service or fast food environments.
• Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, food handling, and food safety management practices.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising hospitality teams, including staff training, interviewing, and performance evaluations.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling experience is essential.
• Experience managing inventory control, budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and food production processes.
• Strong understanding of hospitality operations including casual dining or fine dining settings; banquet or catering experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to lead teams effectively in high-pressure situations; previous assistant manager or supervisory experience is preferred.

Pay: $91,701.45 - $110,436.16 per year
