Concierge (PRN)

Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and personable PRN Concierge to join our team in Plano, TX. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, assist guests with their needs, and ensure a welcoming and efficient environment. This is a PRN (pro re nata) position, offering flexible hours to support our operations as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist guests with inquiries, directions, and general information.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments or services as requested.
• Manage incoming calls and messages promptly and courteously.
• Maintain a clean and organized concierge desk area.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Handle special requests and resolve guest concerns efficiently.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
• Previous experience in concierge, customer service, or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with basic computer applications and phone systems.

Work Environment

This position is based in Dallas, TX, and may require standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of light items. The PRN nature of the role means hours may vary based on business needs.
