As a Research Fellow, you’ll:
Provide instruction and care using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
Build positive relationships and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement individualized educational programs
Implement behavior analytic teaching procedures across all domain areas
Teach and support skill development in areas such as:
Communication and social interaction
Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including personal hygiene
Vocational and pre-employment skills
Adaptive physical education and self-preservation
Receive paid training, support and coaching
Promote a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment in both classroom and residential settings

What You’ll Need:
Admission to MS in ABA Program
Bachelor degree preferred
Compassion, patience and dedication to help autistic students who engage in challenging behaviors
A valid driver’s license is required.
American Red Cross CPR (can be completed with us during your first 6 months)
NECC CALM training — Physical and Verbal De-escalation training and Medication Administration training
