Job-Specific Expectations
- Purchase a minimum of 25 vehicles per month.
- Process all required documentation to purchase a vehicle.
- Add purchased units into the store’s inventory using DMS.
- Make outbound calls, text messages, and emails to generate appointments, appraisals, and purchases
- Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
- Set 50 appointments, purchase a minimum of 25 vehicles.
- Utilize CRM for communication with customers as required.
- Train, encourage and coach new Acquisition Team Members.
- Develop relationships with guests and lead them through the acquisition process.
- Follow up with customers after the acquisition process.
- Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state, and local regulations that affect vehicle sales
- Maintains professional appearance in accordance with employee handbook.
- Maintain and Average Response Time of 10 minutes or less.
- Complete an average of 125 Outbound Activities (calls, texts, emails) per day.
- Log every activity in CRM with supporting notes.
- Follow all Documented Niello Buy Center and Appraisal Processes
- Attend all Required Meetings
- Other duties as assigned.

Compensation Range by Position:
The expected pay for this position is $2,930.00 to $10,000.00 per month and may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonuses or commissions.
