Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the clinic
- Support scheduling, patient flow, and front office efficiency
- Supervise and coordinate administrative staff to ensure excellent service and teamwork
- Assist with patient inquiries, concerns, and service recovery as needed
- Maintain office policies, procedures, and workflows to support consistency and compliance
- Monitor supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships to ensure operational readiness
- Coordinate with clinical and billing teams to support timely communication and workflow
- Assist with onboarding, training, and performance support for office staff
- Review daily operations and identify opportunities for improvement
- Help ensure a professional, welcoming, and efficient patient experience
Qualifications
- Previous experience in medical office administration, practice management, or a related role
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team in a patient-focused environment
- Comfort working in a fast-paced specialty practice
