Our award winning property offers numerous complimentary amenities to our guests and features an intimate craft cocktail bar and lounge. Come join our team and make a difference each day!
Principle Responsibilities/Position Purpose:
The primary responsibility of a Front Desk Agent/Concierge is to greet and register guests, providing prompt and courteous service. Checks guests out of the hotel. Resolves guest challenges throughout their stay in our hotel . Upgrades guests, as required. Promotes hotel services, amenities and upsells products to the guests.

Job Requirements:
- Provide high level of customer service
- Conduct pre-assignment of hotel rooms, which includes VIPS, repeat guests, all packages, and any special requests.
- Check in and out hotel guests in a confident, professional and friendly manner.
- Answer all phone calls promptly and knowledgeably, always ensuring complete and accurate information.
- Knowledgeable of immediate area, services, attractions, and events and assist with Concierge services.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must have or be willing to obtain ServSafe Alcohol certification.
