Job Summary
The Director of Product - Enterprise Data Analytics leads the strategy, development, and ongoing success of enterprise data and analytics products. This role combines strategic product leadership with the development of high-performing global teams, including Product Managers, Product Owners, Product Analysts, and Scrum Masters.
Working closely with business, technology, and data leaders, the Director defines product vision, establishes priorities, and delivers trusted, scalable data and analytics capabilities that improve decision-making and business outcomes. This leader is responsible for ensuring product roadmaps are aligned with business objectives, informed by customer needs, and grounded in technical feasibility.
This leader will have experience in building and managing enterprise data product organizations that focus on: Product Leadership, Strategy, and Delivery — Lead, coach, and develop global product teams while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, customer focus, and continuous improvement. Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery of enterprise data and analytics products, including the adoption and maturation of data-as-a-product practices . Drive product discovery, prioritization, and execution to ensure products are scalable, secure, governed, and deliver measurable business outcomes aligned to enterprise objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Enterprise Data Product Portfolio Management — Serve as the steward of a portfolio of enterprise data products spanning analytical, and transactional products , Lead investment prioritization, and product lifecycle management. Establish product performance measures and continuously evaluate adoption, quality, business impact, and customer outcomes.
Stakeholder Engagement and Cross-Functional Collaboration — Build strong partnerships across business, data, and technology organizations to align product strategy with enterprise priorities. Communicate product vision, roadmap, priorities, and results to stakeholders and executive leadership. Partner closely with governance, architecture, engineering, security, and data management leaders to ensure data products are trusted, discoverable, secure, compliant, and well governed , while driving adoption and incorporating stakeholder feedback into future data product decisions.
Technical and Data Platform Leadership — Bring sufficient depth in modern data and analytics platforms, data engineering, APIs, event-driven architectures, and AI-enabled data capabilities to effectively partner with engineering and architecture leaders. Guide strategic decisions related to enterprise data platforms and data product design ensuring solutions are technically sound, scalable, and aligned with long-term enterprise architecture and business strategy.
Skills and Background You’ll Need
Education : A High School Diploma or GED is required. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Product Management, Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, Business Administration, or relevant field is preferred.
Experience: 12+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, including 7+ years in senior management roles leading product portfolios and teams.
- Proven success in designing and building advanced analytics products at scale. Ownership of enterprise data products and data as a product practice.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely on complex technical topics, verbally and visually, across all levels of the organization.
- Experience with scaled Agile delivery, Scrum, and portfolio-grade agile frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with the following is preferred: Jira, Databricks/lake house platforms. Cloud data platforms (Azure), lake house architecture, enterprise data platforms, data storage, data pipelines, data orchestration, data integration, software engineering practices, data assets, understanding of analytical products & transactional products, APIs, event-driven architecture, AI enabled data capabilities, GenAI enablement.
- Preferred certifications: PMP, Lean Six Sigma or equivalent.

Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on a variety of factors including individual and organizational performance.
The actual compensation for this role will be based on a combination of education and experience, knowledge and skills, position budget, internal equity, and market data.
Salary Range:
$122,250.00 - $232,750.00Positions will be posted for at least 5 days from original posting date.
