What You'll Do
- Coordinate and maximize Drain Sales leads and same-day bookings.
- Communicate daily with technicians and Drain Specialists to celebrate wins, provide coaching, and keep schedules full.
- Prepare technicians and customers for successful sales appointments.
- Assign leads, monitor performance, and support reporting.
- Make outbound calls to fill the schedule and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Support team meetings, special projects, and cross-functional initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in dispatching, customer service, scheduling, program management, or sales in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable using computers, Excel, scheduling software, and basic math.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to pass a 9-panel drug screen and background check.
