About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate IOP Therapist to join our growing clinical team in San Diego, CA to provide high-quality, evidenced-based care through group, individual, and family therapy.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate structured IOP group therapy sessions (process, psychoeducation, skills-based)
- Provide individual and family therapy as clinically indicated
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as needed
- Collaborate with internal team members and external referral sources to ensure continuity of care
- Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and utilization reviews
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, ethical, and organizational standards
- Support crisis intervention and risk assessment when necessary
