This unique 21-day rotating schedule provides the perfect balance between meaningful work and personal time.
Your Rotation Includes:
- 7 Days Primary On-Call – Respond to after-hours patient needs and provide skilled nursing care.
- 7 Days Backup On-Call – Available as backup support for the primary nurse, with significantly fewer call responsibilities.
- 7 Days Completely Off – No call responsibilities. Time to relax, recharge, and enjoy life.

What You'll Do
- Respond to after-hours patient care needs in homes, assisted living communities, and nursing facilities.

- Educate and support patients and families with compassion and professionalism.
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Qualifications
- Current Missouri Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Previous nursing experience required; hospice, home health, long-term care, or emergency nursing experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
