- Lead RFQ, RFP, and bid processes to secure the best value for the organization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.

- Work collaboratively with suppliers to improve quality, delivery performance, and service levels.
- Address supplier-related issues and develop corrective action plans when necessary.
- Lead negotiations for pricing, contracts, terms, and service agreements.

- Monitor contract compliance and support renewal negotiations.
- Partner with Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Logistics teams to understand requirements and support business objectives.
- Participate in new product introductions and strategic business initiatives.
- Align procurement activities with inventory management and production planning goals.
- Drive annual cost savings initiatives and productivity improvements.
- Identify opportunities for supplier consolidation, process improvement, and value engineering.
- Monitor market trends, supply chain risks, and industry developments to proactively address challenges.
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of strategic sourcing, procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience.
- Strong negotiation and contract management experience.
- Demonstrated success managing supplier relationships and sourcing initiatives.
- Proficiency with ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience within manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environments.
- Professional certification such as CPSM, CPM, CSCP, or APICS certification.
