Human Resources Coordinator

As our HR Coordinator, you'll play an important role in recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and helping our team deliver exceptional care to our residents.
What You'll Do:
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members
- Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure all employment paperwork is completed accurately
- Maintain employee files and HR records in compliance with company policies and regulations
- Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and employee questions
- Help coordinate employee recognition programs and engagement activities
- Support managers with hiring, staffing, and employee relations
- Track required certifications, licenses, and compliance training
- Assist with workers' compensation, unemployment claims, and other HR processes as needed
- Foster a welcoming and positive culture for employees throughout the facility
What We're Looking For:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
- Experience in Human Resources, healthcare, or office administration is preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn HR software systems
