Transteck has an immediate opening for an Office Manager for our Harrisburg, PA. corporate office. Description for Office Manager:

• Reconciliation of company bank accounts.
• Post monthly standard entries and update accordingly.
• Track all accounting reserves on a monthly basis.
• Daily cash deposit and application of A/R checks.
• Co-ordinate annual forecast for parts and service.
• Audit monthly parts inventory reconciliations and distribute parts trend and health reporting.
• Monthly reporting and analysis of key performance reports to managers.
• Reconciliation and analysis of all balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis.
• Pinnacle posting and reconciliation.
• Prepare consolidated income statements.
• Prepare commercial lease questionaires.
• Assist with monthly and year end accounting close.

Requirements for Office Manager:

• This position requires a bachelor's degree in accounting and minimum ten (10) years of experience in an automotive or truck dealership accounting position.
• Knowledge of technical and professional principles and skills of accounting.
• Knowledge of CDK accounting software.
• CPA designation preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to work in a fast pace entrepreneurial environment.
• Ability to maintain good working relationships with co-workers, supervisor, management, and department head staff and various agency personnel.
• Ability to communicate both orally and in writing with a wide range of people.
