Assists staff with tuition reimbursement and overall tracking of their PDPs and graduate credits.Maintains electronic and paper records related to professional development, credits, and grants.Assists Director of Curriculum and Curriculum Department with various clerical tasks, including but not limited to: creating spreadsheets for educational programs, updating curriculum documentation, assisting staff with the online professional development database, tracking professional development attendance, scheduling meetings, photocopying, typing, filing, sending mailings, and completing various forms of data entry.Photocopies and distributes documents as directed by the Director of Curriculum.Distributes books or other materials related to curriculum or staff professional development.Develops and maintains purchase orders for items for the Curriculum Department and interfaces with vendors to facilitate this task.Specific job tasks: Types various documents, such as letters, memos, curriculum documents, miscellaneous reports.Data entry of essential information into the professional development database; creates and runs reports as directed by the Director of Curriculum. Maintains electronic and paper records as indicated by the Director of Curriculum.Makes telephone calls to staff, vendors, and others regarding school activities/business.Makes and/or returns telephone calls and relays messages for the Director of Curriculum.
