DELVE DEEPER INTO THIS JOB
As our Finance Assistant, you will work a steady Monday-Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with the occasional Saturday.
You will review and distribute renewal contracts, ensure documents are completed and routed appropriately, coordinate the administrative side of annual inspections from lead generation through final reporting, maintain inspection tracking records and client files, assist with accounts receivable and credit card reconciliations, track insurance reimbursement reports, support the Finance Manager with filing and documentation, prepare and send weekly service reports, forward work orders for billing, create invoices for completed service calls, and enter expense data accurately. Throughout the day, you will serve as a critical link between field operations, management, clients, and financial processes, helping ensure everything stays organized, efficient, and on schedule.

- 3 + years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- 3 + years of experience with Quickbooks/Quickbooks Online
- Proficient in Excel and Spreadsheet Files
- Strong communication skills with clients and team
- Strong typing skills
- Highly organized and strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Able to work within timelines and timeframes
