- Oversee wellness technology platforms including member scheduling systems, fitness technology, digital programming, and department software to ensure an exceptional member experience.
- Implement/program the Venue and Sports marketing strategy to optimize profit and increase guest traffic.
- Increase facility attendance by establishing accurate records of members' and guests' attendance.
- Implement ongoing promotions to drive product and service sales, while maintaining a strong planning and programming calendar to consistently retain and grow our customer base.
- Monitor and evaluate the product offerings of the Club, including equipment, personnel, and services, recommending additions and/or discontinuation of products and services in addition to consistently developing and programming through training, tools, and monitoring.
- Edit all mass communications (electronic and traditional) for consistency, content, and tone.
- Oversee the flow of information that members receive via reservation software and mass e-mails.
- Be visibly present in The Venue and on the Sports during peak periods of the day.
- Ensure full coverage of the wellness and court professional staff by managing and approving vacation and travel schedules.
- Ensure all equipment and supplies are stocked and well-maintained, including computer hardware/software, office supplies, and fitness equipment.
- Conduct routine operational inspections and quarterly facility assessments to ensure cleanliness, safety, equipment functionality, brand standards, and preventative maintenance across all wellness amenities.

- Inspect and maintain cleanliness, organization, safety, and repair throughout the facility.

- Current certification in CPR/AED and First Aid.
- 2-3 years of experience and/or the equivalent in experience and training in a private, member-owned club/space.
- 2-3 years of experience leading a team.
- CPR and First Aid Certifications are required, or a willingness to become certified within the first 90 days.
- Must possess strong leadership, management, and motivational skills, with the ability to interact with associates at all levels within and outside the company.
- Must have a thorough knowledge of numerous spa modalities, possess a general understanding of body treatments, fitness, and group fitness programming, and be willing to train in our specific service offerings.
- Regardless of licensure or certification, the Wellness and Sports Manager is expected to be actively and visibly involved in all areas of programming to ensure a consistent, high-quality member experience.
- This includes direct oversight of program execution, enforcement of departmental policies and procedures, facilitation of open-play programming, and consistent reinforcement of guest policies to protect and enhance the member experience.

- College Education - Bachelor’s degree.
