- Assemble electronic consoles and components for commercial fitness equipment according to work instructions and quality standards.
- Install wiring harnesses, displays, touchscreens, circuit boards, and other electronic components.
- Perform functional testing to verify consoles operate correctly before shipment.
- Identify and report quality concerns or production issues.
- Read and follow assembly drawings, work instructions, and specifications.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality and efficiency.
- Work collaboratively with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams to resolve assembly issues.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
- Experience assembling electronic or mechanical components is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Ability to follow written instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work well as part of a team.
