Work Environment

• Climate-controlled manufacturing facility.
• Regular exposure to manufacturing equipment and moving mechanical parts.
• Occasional exposure to noise, fumes, and airborne particles.
• Required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assemble, inspect, test, and package products according to company specifications.
• Follow work instructions, quality standards, and production schedules.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections to ensure product quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area using good housekeeping practices.
• Report equipment malfunctions, quality concerns, or safety hazards to a supervisor.
• Meet daily production, quality, and attendance expectations.
• Accurately complete production and quality documentation.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, leads, and team members to achieve production goals.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50-75 pounds on an occasional basis.
• Use hands to handle tools, materials, and equipment.
• Willingness to learn and maintain a positive attitude.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
