- Assess and monitor clinic performance data on an ongoing basis, including referral source data, patient visit volumes, provider productivity, and revenue metrics, ensuring clinics are on track to meet visit budget targets.
- Review and analyze financial reports, identify variances, and implement corrective action plans in collaboration with clinic leadership and finance partners.
- Manage clinic-level purchasing, vendor contracts, and resource allocation to maximize operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of operational and clinical data to organizational leadership.
- Partner with clinical leadership to support quality improvement initiatives, accreditation readiness, and compliance audits.
- Leverage data insights to make informed decisions about staffing, scheduling, capacity, and service line expansion.
Billing, Collections & Revenue Cycle Oversight
- Partner with the Director of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to oversee billing and collections performance, with a specific focus on timely claim filing and maintaining accounts receivable (AR) greater than 90 days at less than 30% of total AR.
- Maintain active oversight of billing workflows and collections performance across all assigned clinic locations.
- Hold clinic teams accountable for documentation accuracy and charge capture compliance to support clean claim submission.
- Escalate payer issues, systemic billing errors, or AR concerns to the Director of RCM and COO in a timely manner.
