Our Hotel Name is currently seeking an experienced Housekeeping Inspector/Supervisor which would be responsible for inspecting guest rooms and responding to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and satisfaction. As part of the property team you will help us craft inspired workplaces that enable all Associates to deliver kick-ass guest experiences and maximize investor returns! This could be the perfect opportunity to advance your career with a growing and exciting hotel management company!
Position Responsibilities:
- Guest service
- Cleaning guestrooms and public areas
- Implement operational procedures for the housekeeping department
- Train staff on the Brand's standard in the Quality of Service
- Inspect rooms as assigned daily by the department leader
- Assist in ordering, managing and inventory of supplies throughout the month.
- Coordinate the inspection of assigned areas to ensure that health regulations, safety standards and departmental policies are being met.
Education and Experience:
- Previous housekeeping and supervisory experience preferred.
- Hotel industry experience a plus.
- Experience working with the Marriott Family of brands a plus
- Must be organized and detail oriented.
- Individual must have a great deal of flexibility in schedule due to business needs
