How you’ll contribute
A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who excels in this role:
- The family care center staff nurse provides quality care to our customers and performs those functions delegated and assigned by the center’s head nurse.
- Is familiar with and follows HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality
- Maintains record keeping of appointments, orders, reports, films, and requisitions
- Demonstrates excellent customer service through his/her attitude and actions, consistent with the standards contained in the Vision, Mission, and Values of the organization

What we’re looking for:
The Licensed Practical Nurse performs a variety of functions. They are responsible for administering nursing care, medications and assisting physicians with procedures and monitoring as designated by the supervising or ordering physician.
Additional requirements include:
Graduation from a school of nursing in practical nursing required
Current VA LPN license required
BLS required within 30 days of hire, or prior to completion of orientation if 30 days before hire

Hourly Range: $19.03 - $24.40
