Job Description
We are seeking an energetic, business-minded Clinic Director to lead our high-performance outpatient facility. This is a unique opportunity to manage a dynamic, open-concept clinic designed like a professional athletic training room. You will balance hands-on, active patient care with operational leadership, staff mentorship, and local community engagement.
- Lead Operations: Oversee daily clinic performance, budgeting, and growth strategies.
- Mentor Talent: Manage and develop a collaborative team of physical therapists and support staff.
- Drive Active Care: Treat orthopedic and sports-related injuries in a vibrant, open-concept environment.
- Build Community: Connect with local high schools, run clubs, and athletic organizations to grow the clinic's footprint.
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Washington State
- Management and marketing experience preferred
- Interest in sports rehab, orthopedics, and active populations
- Strong communication and time-management skills
