What You’ll Do:
- Assist with daily needs such as meals, mobility, and personal care while treating everyone with dignity and respect
- Support fun activities, games, and community outings
- Encourage independence and help individuals build confidence and life skills
- Safely transport individuals using agency vehicles (including wheelchair lifts and tie-downs)
- Maintain simple, accurate documentation (daily notes, attendance, logs)
- Work as part of a team to create a positive, engaging environment
What You Need:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Valid NYS Driver’s License required
- Experience in caregiving (HHA, CNA, PCA, etc.) is a plus—but not required (paid training provided)
- Ability to assist with hands-on care, including lifting
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork skills
