Life at UiPath
The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. We’re committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power. To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose. Could that be you?
Location: Bellevue, WA (Hybrid — in-office required; early morning hours needed to support overlap with India and Europe-based teams)
Your mission
We're looking for a Senior Executive Assistant who operates as a true business partner — not just to the executives they support, but to the organizations those executives lead. This person will support three people in varying levels of support, and all three senior leaders will have distinct priorities, cadences, and stakeholder ecosystems.
The Leaders This Role Will Support Are
- Chief Human Resources Officer
- Group SVP, Product Management, Vertical Solutions
- VP of Pricing and Product Strategy
This is a role for someone who wants to sit close to the business, not just close to the calendar. The ideal candidate thinks several steps ahead, represents their executives' priorities and voice in rooms they aren't in, and uses modern tools, including AI, to work faster, smarter, and with better judgment than a traditional EA function typically allows.
What You'll Do At UiPath
Strategic Partnership:
- Act as a true thought partner to the leaders this person supports: understanding their priorities well enough to make judgment calls on their behalf, flag what matters, and filter what doesn't.
- Represent the executives' voice and priorities in cross-functional settings: build enough trust and context to speak for them when needed. Good at asking clarifying questions regularly to stay in sync in a fast-paced environment.
- Anticipate needs across two distinct leadership agendas (HR and Product) and proactively manage competing priorities without losing sight of either.
Cross-Functional Execution:
- Partner closely with HR leadership, Product leadership, and their respective teams to keep initiatives, operational rhythms, and communications moving. Track action items and accountability so important follow-ups don’t fall through the cracks.
- Serve as a connective layer across the organizations: surfacing issues, coordinating stakeholders, and driving alignment on behalf of the executives.
- Own complex, high-visibility logistics: leadership offsites, all-hands, org-wide events, and cross-functional gatherings that reflect well on the business.
- Comfortable holding people accountable across all levels of the org, including senior leaders - uses judgment to know when to nudge, when to wait, and isn't afraid to escalate with senior stakeholders to keep things moving.
AI-Enabled Efficiency:
- Actively use AI tools to streamline scheduling, communications, research, and prep work.
- Build lightweight systems and templates (using AI where useful) that improve how the exec team and broader org operate.
- Model modern ways of working for the broader EA community.
Executive Support:
- Manage complex, high-stakes calendars for three senior executives with different working styles and global stakeholders.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel with a high bar for judgment and discretion.
- Oversee expenses, budgets, and purchasing in a way that reflects business priorities, not just process compliance.
Team & Culture:
- Partner with the broader EA community to ensure consistency and strong coverage across senior leaders.
- Act as a mentor or informal resource to more junior EAs, sharing best practices and modern tools.
- Represent the Bellevue location and teams as a senior, trusted representative: someone new hires and cross-functional partners naturally turn to.
What You'll Bring To The Team
A strategic thinker who can synthesize context across two different functions (HR and Product), anticipates what senior leaders need before they ask, and brings structure to ambiguity. Someone comfortable being a force multiplier — solving problems that don't have an obvious owner and running point on things that matter to the business, not just to the executive's day.
- 8–12+ years supporting senior executives (VP+), ideally across more than one function or business unit.
- Demonstrated experience acting as a strategic partner — not just a scheduler — to senior leadership.
- Strong track record of using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to improve personal and team productivity.
- Experience supporting global teams and comfort working early hours to overlap with India and/or Europe.
- Exceptional judgment, discretion, and business acumen; able to represent executives credibly with minimal oversight.
- Strong track record planning and executing high-visibility events, offsites, and leadership meetings.
- Ability to context-switch fluidly between two different functions and leadership styles.
- Hybrid, Bellevue-based, with flexibility for in-office presence tied to executive and team needs.
Maybe you don’t tick all the boxes above—but still think you’d be great for the job? Go ahead, apply anyway. Please. Because we know that experience comes in all shapes and sizes—and passion can’t be learned.
