Customer Service Representative

What You'll Do: As the CSR, you'll serve as one of the first points of contact for our customers, helping ensure every interaction is professional, friendly, and efficient. You'll work closely with customers, technicians, and the office team to keep schedules running smoothly while delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities include:

• Answer incoming calls with professionalism and a customer-first attitude
• Schedule maintenance, repair, and sales appointments
• Contact customers to coordinate preventative maintenance and service agreement visits
• Keep customers informed with appointment updates and technician arrival information
• Coordinate technician schedules to ensure timely, efficient service
• Communicate with technicians throughout the day to support changing schedules and customer needs
• Enter work orders and maintain accurate customer records
• Assist with general office and administrative tasks as needed
• Help create a positive experience that leaves customers confident in choosing Ultimate Air

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of customer service or administrative experience
• A genuine passion for helping customers and creating positive experiences
• Friendly, professional communication skills both over the phone and in person
• Experience handling a multi-line phone system
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced office
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Spanish-speaking abilities are a plus
