What You'll Do:
- Cover open shifts as assigned and agreed upon
- Deliver high-quality, person-centered nursing care to residents
- Complete appropriate documentation to support continuity of care
- Build meaningful connections with residents and collaborate with team members to provide care
What You'll Need:
- Age 18 years of age or older
- Current and active New Jersey RN license (required)
- Fully vaccinated for flu (required)
- At least one year of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
