Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Collects documentation from borrowers
- Work closely with processors and underwriters
- Assists borrowers with completing loan applications when loan officer is unavailable
- Lock rates, schedule closings, review contracts
- Give status updates to all parties involved
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some mortgage lending experience and/or customer service
