1. Análisis y Soporte Técnico en Proyectos de Infraestructura
Recopilar, limpiar, procesar y consolidar datos técnicos, estructurales y financieros para la elaboración de análisis y reportes ejecutivos del proyecto.
Realizar análisis de parámetros y evaluar conjuntos de datos relacionados con la estabilidad, materiales y rendimientos en obras civiles y edificaciones.
Aplicar modelos conceptuales, software especializado y marcos conceptuales fundamentales para apoyar el diseño, la planificación y la optimización de los proyectos.
Interpretar normativas, códigos de construcción y procedimientos para extraer conclusiones técnicas relevantes y asegurar el cumplimiento normativo.
Identificar, evaluar y señalar problemas no estándar, riesgos técnicos o discrepancias en los diseños/obras, elevándolos de manera oportuna a la supervisión para su resolución.
Preparar insumos técnicos de alta calidad, memorias de cálculo, resúmenes e informes para la revisión final de la gerencia.
Responder a consultas técnicas explicando con claridad las regulaciones, estándares y especificaciones aplicables en el ámbito de los proyectos asignados.
2. Aseguramiento y Control de Calidad
Apoyar en la verificación sistemática de la conformidad de los proyectos respecto a las especificaciones técnicas, planos de diseño y requerimientos contractuales establecidos.
Dar seguimiento técnico a la documentación de control de calidad de la obra, incluyendo la revisión de registros de ensayos de laboratorio, calibración de equipos y reportes de campo.
Colaborar en la evaluación del Plan de Control de Calidad y el programa de aseguramiento de calidad presentados por el contratista o la empresa supervisora.
Analizar los resultados de los muestreos en sitio y pruebas técnicas para identificar tendencias, fallas repetitivas o desviaciones de calidad, recomendando acciones correctivas iniciales.
3. Gestión Documental, Contractual y Soporte de Proyectos
Contribuir en la preparación, revisión y actualización de la documentación técnica, planos y expedientes administrativos necesarios para la ejecución de las obras.
Apoyar en la verificación de la conformidad de los avances en sitio respecto a las especificaciones técnicas del diseño y los requisitos contractuales establecidos.
