- Become certified at the Lean Awareness level and implement at least 1 Kaizen per month.
- Support the Team Leader in problem solving, contributing ideas based upon your experience.
- Be an active member of the team, promoting collective engagement.
- Comply with all legal/regulatory requirements and company policies as well as individual responsibilities.

- Have earned a High school diploma or equivalent.
- Possess excellent time management skills.
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Are physically able to stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl.
- Can occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and stand for up to 12 hours per day.
- Are able to or willing to learn and become certified to drive a fork truck.
- Have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Are committed to the rigorous adherence to standardized work.
- Have experience working within a Lean Operating Model / Production System.
- Can perform in a fast-paced environment, while responding to change favorably and quickly.
- Bring with you a positive attitude and the ability to work cohesively in a team environment.
- Help United Safety operate effectively by adhering to attendance and punctuality standards.
- Understand that you are part of a growing company, you have no concerns with and are able to work extended hours/over-time as needed as well as some Saturdays to support that growth.
