Position typically works Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm in-office at UCO's main campus in Edmond, Oklahoma.

Provide administrative and clerical support for the Fast Track, LPN/Medic/Paramedic to BS Track and Graduate Program. Work in conjunction with the coordinators of each track or program to facilitate activities related to admission, progression, and graduation including onboarding and tracking students. Bachelor’s degree in job related field plus 3+ years of work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Three or more years of experience in an office setting. Work experience in a higher education setting. Knowledge/experience of healthcare or nursing education.

Must be computer literate in the use of relevant software applications (word processing, spreadsheets, database management). Excellent telephone etiquette, communication (written and oral), organizational and public relations skills. Ability to work well with others, operate office equipment, multi-task, and give attention to detail. Demonstrate a warm and caring professional service-oriented attitude. Ability to maintain confidentiality, work well in busy and stressful situations, and listen and synthesize directives. Must be self-motivated.
