Job Summary
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Manager serves as a strategic partner to organizational leaders, aligning human resources strategies with business objectives to drive organizational performance, workforce effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent development. This role provides leadership and oversight to a team of HR Business Partners and serves as a trusted advisor to executive and operational leaders on workforce planning, classification and compensation, organizational design, employee relations, performance management, talent development, change management, and employee engagement initiatives.
The HRBP Manager leverages data, business acumen, and HR expertise to develop workforce solutions that support organizational priorities while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

¿ Oversees workload prioritization and team performance.
Required Qualifications
Required Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
Required Experience
¿ Five (5) years of progressively responsible human resources experience.
¿ Three (3) years of experience serving as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist in a strategic capacity.
¿ Three (3) years of leadership or supervisory experience.
¿ Experience supporting senior leaders and managing complex employee relations matters.
Preferred Qualifications
