Urbane Cafe is a family-owned company founded by Tom Holt, with locations across Southern California and Nevada — and more on the way. Every day, we make our focaccia dough from scratch and bake it fresh in open-hearth ovens, right in front of our guests. Requirements:- Able to communicate effectively in English, both orally and written – Bilingual a plus
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in service and food, generally involving at least one year of front-of-the house operations leadership
- Possess excellent basic math skills and the ability to operate a POS system.
- Able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
