Pricing Manager
The Pricing Manager at USME reports directly to the CFO and oversees all aspects of our company pricing including developing, implementing and optimizing pricing strategies. This role works cross functionally with several of our departments including Supply Chain, Operations, and Commercial to get the most comprehensive analysis possible for pricing determinations.

Responsibilities
· Design and implementation of pricing models (daily, weekly, monthly, long-term contract)
· Development and management of pricing structures and tiers for different customer segments (hospitals, clinics, GPO’s, etc.)
· Assurance that pricing aligns with our overall business goals, market conditions, and competitive positioning
· Analyzation of pricing performance, margins and revenue trends
· Optimization of pricing based on utilization rates, demand patterns and asset availability
· Identification of opportunities to improve yield per asset and contract profitability
· Evaluation of full lifecycle cost of equipment (purchase, maintenance, logistics, depreciation)
· Assurance that pricing adequately reflects total cost-to-serve and desired margins
· Analyzation of profitability by product, customer and geography
· Comparison of competitive pricing, market trends and customer expectations
· Benchmark pricing against industry standards and reimbursement models, and adjustment of pricing strategies to align with market changes and supply-demand dynamics
· Provide pricing guidance and approvals for complex or large customer contracts
· Evaluation of discounts, promotions, and bundled service offerings
· Collaboration with Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial departments, as well as referencing cost to serve, market price, etc. to determine accurate pricing and to align pricing with equipment utilization rates and other metrics
· Develop strategies to reduce idle assets through dynamic pricing or promotions
· Incentivize longer-term rentals and customer retention
· Build pricing models and dashboards to track performance (i.e. revenue per unit, margin, utilization)
· Maintain pricing databases and ensure data accuracy
· Assurance that pricing practices comply with healthcare regulations and reimbursement framework
· Maintain pricing governance, approval processes and audit trails and support internal/external audits related to pricing and billing

Qualifications
· Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
· Expertise in pricing strategies within asset-based or rental environments
· Understanding of healthcare reimbursement and regulatory considerations
· Outstanding listening, communication, negotiation support, and problem-solving skills
· Resourcefulness in a fast-paced environment with a readiness to embrace change
· Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
· Willingness to consistently learn and grow
Education/Experience
· Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
· 5-8+ years experience in pricing, FP&A or commercial finance
· Experience in medical equipment, healthcare services, or rental/leasing industries preferred
· Advanced knowledge of Excel, as well as other data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
· Acumatica knowledge preferred
· Professional certification (e.g. CPA, CIMA, or pricing certification) is a plus
