- You will serve as program analyst and technical authority for all ordnance operations processes.
- You will independently initiate program evaluative reviews and develop the principles of Operational Risk Management (ORM) Program.
- You will provide continuous technical oversight and manage all associated processes, instructions and policy governing command-wide training programs.
- You will attend higher level working groups, conferences and meetings associated with ordnance storage requirements.
- You will coordinate explosive safety program managerial support during higher-level inspections and audits.

- Experience managing inventory and workplace safety in support of regulatory compliance and improvement of efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
- Experience applying comprehensive knowledge of pertinent laws, regulations, policies, and precedents governing DoD and Navy explosives safety Programs.
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the 09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
