- Assists in processing of athletic official payments.
- Process fiscal year end earning reports.
- Process fiscal year end absence balances.
- Update contractual payroll schedules for the new fiscal year and when necessary process retroactive payroll for contract settlements.
- Responsible for bond payments.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree desirable.
- Three years' experience in accounting
- General knowledge of governmental accounting
