HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
The Business Transformation Communications Manager drives awareness, understanding, adoption, and sustained behavior change for key initiatives across the sales organization. This role serves as the communications partner to Sales Operations, Technology & Innovation, Customer Experience, and Sales Support teams, translating business priorities, process changes, technology enhancements, and customer-focused initiatives into clear, actionable communications.
The role helps sales and support teams understand what is changing, why it matters, and how to take action. Working closely with business leaders and cross-functional partners, the Business Transformation Communications Manager develops communication plans that support operational excellence, technology adoption, field readiness, and continuous improvement across the customer journey.
This role serves as a critical connector between business strategy and field execution, ensuring employees understand organizational priorities, operational changes, and technology investments while equipping them to successfully adopt new ways of working.

Serve as the communications lead for assigned transformation initiatives, partnering with business leaders to develop communication strategies that drive awareness, readiness, adoption, and sustained business outcomes
Support the development and execution of integrated communications strategies for Sales Operations, Technology & Innovation, Customer Experience, and Sales Support initiatives that drive awareness, understanding, adoption, and business outcomes
Develop and deliver communications that support technology implementations, system enhancements, process improvements, customer experience initiatives, and operational changes
Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to develop communication plans, coordinate message timing, align communication channels, and support stakeholder readiness for commercial initiatives
Translate complex business processes, technology updates, and operational changes into clear, audience-focused communications that drive understanding and action
Develop executive communications and leadership materials, including presentations, talking points, FAQs, leadership updates, and stakeholder communications
Lead the planning, production, and execution of Sales town halls, launch events, and other communications programs that connect strategy to execution
Create communication toolkits, resource content, FAQs, user guides, and readiness materials that support successful adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working, improving field readiness and adoption
Partner with Sales Enablement, Technology, Customer Experience, Sales Operations, and business leaders on change management and adoption campaigns
Gather feedback from field teams and stakeholders to inform communication strategies and improve message effectiveness
Measure communication effectiveness through engagement, awareness, adoption, and feedback metrics; analyze results and recommend continuous improvements based on data-driven insights
Manage and contribute to "How We're Selling" communication channels, content strategy, governance, and ongoing content maintenance, including:
Weekly Sales newsletter content
Digital resource center
Sales Operations content
Technology content
Customer Experience content
Sales Support content
Support organizational change initiatives by developing communication and engagement strategies that reinforce readiness, adoption, and sustained business results
Establish communication standards, templates, and best practices that improve message consistency, effectiveness, and employee experience across sales-related communications
QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute communication strategies that support business transformation, operational excellence, technology adoption, and organizational change
Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills, including executive writing, presentation development, and content creation for diverse audiences
Ability to translate complex business processes, operational changes, and technical concepts into clear, actionable communications that drive understanding and adoption
Experience applying change communication principles and audience segmentation strategies to improve engagement, readiness, and business outcomes
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships, influence decision-making, and align cross-functional teams without direct authority
Ability to develop executive communications, leadership presentations, talking points, FAQs, and stakeholder materials that support organizational priorities and strategic initiatives
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Experience measuring communication effectiveness through engagement, awareness, adoption, and feedback metrics and applying insights to improve future communications
Knowledge of sales operations, customer experience, commercial processes, and technology-enabled business transformation initiatives
Ability to balance strategic communication planning with hands-on execution while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail
Sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism when managing sensitive business information, leadership communications, and organizational change initiatives
Demonstrated collaboration skills with the ability to partner effectively across Communications, Sales Operations, Technology, Customer Experience, Sales Enablement, and other business functions
Ability to evaluate communication effectiveness, interpret engagement and adoption metrics, and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt communication strategies in response to evolving business priorities and organizational needs
Education, Certification and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field required
5-7 years of experience in communications, internal communications, change management, sales enablement, business operations, or related fields
Experience supporting organizational change, technology implementations, process transformations, or operational initiatives
Experience working in large, distributed sales or service organizations preferred
Experience developing executive communications, leadership messaging, presentation materials, and stakeholder communications for senior leaders preferred
Experience with CRM platforms, sales technologies, customer experience tools, or operational systems preferred
Experience developing communications that support adoption, readiness, and behavior change across employee or field-facing audiences preferred
Experience creating executive-ready materials, stakeholder updates, presentations, FAQs, toolkits, and change communication deliverables preferred
