- 6+ years of experience as a software engineer, machine learning engineer, or AI engineer.
- Proven experience deploying machine learning models into production and operating them at scale.
- Experience working with large, complex, or high-volume data sets.
- Strong programming skills in Python (and experience with production-grade systems in languages like Go, Java, or C++ is a plus).
- Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or equivalent.
- Solid understanding of data engineering concepts, distributed systems, and cloud-based architectures.
- Experience with model evaluation, monitoring, and debugging in live environments.
- Strong foundation in machine learning techniques (e.g., supervised/unsupervised learning, anomaly detection, time-series analysis).

- Experience applying ML in real-world, noisy, or adversarial environments is a strong plus.
