Vero Health Center is one of the biggest chiropractic clinics in the world. We serve over 1,400 patient visits every week, we have more Google reviews than any chiropractic clinic in the country (1,600+ and counting), and we have nine doctors serving one thriving location — and we're looking for doctor number ten.

- We literally close the clinic to invest in you. Every Tuesday from 9:00am to 4:00pm, the entire office shuts down for dedicated team training. A clinic seeing 1,400+ weekly visits doesn't do that unless growth is a core value — and for us, it is.
- Learn from nine doctors, not one. Most associates get a single mentor. You'll be developed inside a team of nine experienced doctors in a high-volume, systems-driven clinic, with in-house training in our techniques plus outside seminars as needed to get you fully up to speed.
- Serve at scale. You'll impact more lives in a month here than many doctors reach in a year.
Compensation & Benefits
- $75,000–$100,000 base salary, determined by experience and skill
- Bonuses tied to the lives you impact — top performers earn $120,000+
- 4 weeks (23 days) of paid time off — 15 flex days + 8 paid holidays

What You'll Do
- Perform consultations, examinations, and reports of findings for new and existing patients
- Deliver subluxation-based, corrective care using Torque Release Technique (TRT) and MC2 — full training provided in-house
- Educate patients on wellness and corrective care so they understand — and commit to — their path to health
- Guide patients toward optimal health with clear communication, active listening, and genuine compassion
- Progress through our doctor maturity model, growing from associate toward senior-level leadership
Who We're Looking For
- Experienced doctors ready to plug into a world-class team — ideally with multiple years in practice

Qualifications
- Doctor of Chiropractic degree; licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Iowa
- Subluxation-based philosophy (TRT/MC2 experience a plus — not required, we'll train you)
- Strong communicator and active listener
- Adaptable, high-energy, and coachable
Schedule
- Monday & Thursday: 9:00am–6:00pm
- Tuesday: rotating early shift (7:00–9:00am) or late shift (4:00–6:00pm) — the office closes 9:00am–4:00pm every Tuesday for dedicated team training
- Wednesday: 7:00am–4:00pm
- Friday: 7:00am–2:00pm
- Weekends off — closed Saturday and Sunday
