Job description:Vertical Solutions Roofing & Construction. An industry leader in residential and commercial roofing, is expanding its sales team! We are currently hiring motivated and driven Project Sales Consultants to join our growing Madison, WI office. This is a high-income, performance-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential. No prior sales experience is required — we provide full training and support to help you succeed. A few things to get out of the way real quick:

• This role requires you to be in-person based out of our office located in Madison, WI
• You’ll need your own, reliable vehicle to travel to job sites in the surrounding area
• You must be available during the day and occasional evenings/weekends to meet with homeowners and property owners.

Compensation:

• Annual earning potential: $80,000 – $220,000+
• Training Draw for the first 90 days
• Uncapped commission structure

Qualifications:

• Positive, motivated, and coachable attitude
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable personal vehicle & valid driver’s license ( Motorcycles not suited for this role)
• Comfortable working on low-slope roofs (full safety training provided)
• Strong work ethic with a goal-oriented mindset
• Prior sales experience is preferred but not required — full training provided
