- Respond to departmental phone calls and email inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with the hiring, training, and supervision of student workers assigned to multiple core Student Service units (to be determined by primary supervisory)
- Serve as a primary point of contact for students, staff, and visitors by addressing general questions and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Monitor and manage departmental email accounts, ensuring timely responses and proper routing of communications.
- Review, prioritize, and distribute incoming departmental correspondence to appropriate staff members.
- Coordinate and schedule individual and group campus tours, including room reservations and logistical arrangements.
- Procure office supplies, materials, and promotional items to support departmental initiatives and events.
- Schedule, organize, and participate in departmental meetings and related activities.
- Other duties as assigned by primary supervisor
