Vista Trans Logistics is looking for an experienced senior freight broker or Freight Brokers* to become the founding leader(s) of our new Atlanta-area 3PL office. This is not just another sales role. This is a chance to build your own team, grow your own market, help shape company strategy, and create long-term wealth alongside an organization that's investing heavily in people—not bureaucracy.

As the lead broker in charge for VTL in this new market, you’ll have the autonomy to shape the office, drive business development, and recruit, mentor, and lead a highly effective team of sales brokers. Backed by an experienced leadership team made who understands Brokerage and a growth-focused company culture, this role is designed for someone who is passionate about scaling both revenue and people, while positioning themselves for long-term career and financial growth.

This is not an entry-level role. We’re looking for someone who already owns and manages a 3PL book of business (minimum $8K+ weekly gross profit) and is ready to step into a leadership position with real autonomy and upside. This candidate will have a proven track record and ability to transition their business. Compensation is negotiable based on your experience and book of business. We offer highly competitive pay, and commission splits. We’re looking for someone who is driven to build, lead, and make a lasting impact as we continue expanding our footprint and investing in top-tier talent. Top producers should expect uncapped earning potential significantly exceeding traditional brokerage compensation.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, manage and grow our Atlanta office as we build a team with you
• Represent the company and its employees in this market
• Onboard, Manage and expand your existing book of business
• Oversee full-cycle logistics operations (pricing, sourcing, execution, customer management)
• Mentor and develop additional brokers as the team scales
• Drive new business through strong sales execution and relationship building

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
