A Typical Day May Include
- Leading project design calculations/reports/planning preparation/roadway modeling
- Assisting office leadership in the preparation of proposal documents and preliminary project evaluations
- Developing peer network with staff at other firms and public agencies to enhance personal and firm relationships during project coordination efforts
- Coordinating project tasks and reporting to project manager and supervisory staff to assist in budget, schedule, and project status tracking
- Supporting Indianapolis and regional offices on a variety of infrastructure projects

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related Engineering degree from an ABET accredited program
- Passed Professional Engineering (PE) exam (preferred)
- 4-8 years relevant work experience in public sector work preferred
- Technical knowledge / computer skills:
o Microsoft Office products: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
o Adobe or Bluebeam
o AutoCAD Civil 3D
