Regional Operations Manager Summary:

The Regional Operations Manager is accountable for regional execution performance, workforce capacity alignment, operational cadence discipline, and customer escalation resolution across assigned territories.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The following duties are representative of the role; other responsibilities may be assigned as business needs evolve.

• Accountable for regional workforce planning and labor utilization within approved budget parameters.
• Own regional operational cadence and execution stability across Team Operations Managers.
• Accountable for resolution of customer escalations prior to Director involvement.
• Drive corrective action when regional KPIs fall outside established thresholds.
• Ensure compliance with safety, manufacturer requirements, and company procedures.
• Develop and strengthen regional leadership bench and succession pipeline.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent leadership experience required.
• 8+ years progressive service operations leadership experience.
• Demonstrated P&L accountability in multi-location environments.
• Strong financial acumen and leadership capability.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Directly supervises Team Operations Managers and is accountable for their performance outcomes.
