Walton & Company is looking for an experienced Service Coordinator to support our growing Commercial HVAC Service Department in Cockeysville, Maryland.

As our Service Coordinator, you'll play a key role in scheduling technicians, coordinating emergency service calls, communicating with customers, and helping ensure every service call runs smoothly from start to finish.

What You'll Do
- Schedule and dispatch HVAC service technicians for commercial and industrial service calls
- Coordinate daily technician schedules to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing appointment updates and service communication
- Prioritize emergency service requests and coordinate rapid response
- Communicate job details, schedules, and changes with technicians throughout the day
- Maintain accurate service records, schedules, and customer information
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure parts and materials are available when needed
- Assist with inventory management of technician air filters and warehouse supplies
- Work closely with the Service Manager and field team to keep daily operations running efficiently
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- 5+ years of dispatch or service coordination experience, preferably in commercial HVAC, plumbing, mechanical contracting, or another skilled trades environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using dispatch, scheduling, or service management software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable transportation
