Job Purpose:
Lead the definition, development, and execution of the Well Construction Platform digital vision, establishing a unified digital ecosystem that connects engineering, planning, operational execution, and performance insights across the well construction lifecycle. This role is responsible for driving a platform-led transformation that improves Service Efficiency, reduces Non-Productive Time (NPT), lowers operational risk, and enables repeatable performance across global drilling campaigns. Transform the organization from product-line-centric software development to a platform-led operating model by creating a shared digital foundation that serves Drilling Services (DS), Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD), Wireline (WL), TRS, Drilling Fluids (DF), and future well construction technologies.
The platform will create a continuous digital thread linking planning, engineering, execution, analytics, and optimization while establishing the foundational capabilities required for remote operations and future autonomous well construction.

Establish a common platform architecture that addresses 70-80% of shared business requirements across product lines.
Drive alignment between business objectives, technology investments, and operational outcomes.
Develop business cases demonstrating value through service efficiency, risk reduction, operational consistency, and increased automation.
Product Portfolio Transformation
Evaluate existing DS, MPD, WL, and related digital products for strategic fit, overlap, and platform alignment.
Lead portfolio rationalization efforts to reduce duplication and maximize reuse of common capabilities.
Champion workflow-centric development approaches over standalone application development.
Establish governance processes for platform adoption and product-line extensions.
Digital Foundation Development

Percentage of common capabilities reused across product lines
Data quality and accessibility improvements
System integration coverage
AI/analytics utilization rates
Platform reliability and scalability metrics
