Job Description:
As a Salesperson at WWB, you are responsible for:
- Understanding and implementing changing priorities across the soda division.
- Understand sales route across the division
- Identify and implement strategies to grow sales in existing account base.
- Assist in the planning, development, and implantation of WWB sales and marketing programs.
- Manage the growth and development of sales and market share within the assigned route.
- Establishing and maintaining good business relations with customers and store / chain managers.
- Maintain and manage existing space while aggressively pursuing promotional space and permanent space within account base.
- Delivery and Merchandising of products the following business day
- Working and directing account merchandisers
- Following planograms and having consistent stocking standards
- Planning and executing monthly activations
- Other duties as assigned
Key Performance Indicators
- Year over year volume growth in account base
- Managing and limiting out of code and damaged product
- WWB’s Net Sales Rep Score KPIs including:
o Overall Sales Volume
o Brand Priority Volume Goals
o Account Priority Sales Goals
o Specific Objective Sales Goals
o Damage, Out of Date and Sellable Returns
o Communication
o Point of Sale Utilization
o Pricing Accuracy and communication
o Primary and secondary display placement
o New business acquisition
o Implementing and executing activations
Qualifications
- Required:
o Must be detail orientated, organized, and professional
o Self-starter with ability to work independently with results driven focus on program objectives.
o Aggressive mindset that encourages growth versus status quo
o Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Preferred:
o Sales experience with a record of growing sales
o Beverage industry knowledge
