ABOUT THE ROLE
Location: Project On Site Vegas, NV (Clark County & Nye County)
We're looking for a Construction Supervisor-Level 4 on behalf of our client. This is an 1-year contract assignment (W-2).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Overseeing project buildout to ensure safety and quality standards are being followed
- Communicate and coordinate with contractors, supervisors, management and other stakeholders
- Manage construction schedules
- Ensure safety compliance
- Oversee quality control/quality assurance to make sure work meets design requirements/standards
- Prepare project updates and reports per NEET requirements
- Provide project support as directed by NEET leadership for all construction related activities
- Liaison between Contractor & NEET Project Management
- Environmental Oversight
